All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns. If your order arrives damaged, you may be eligible for a replacement. To qualify, the following conditions must be met:- Clear photographic evidence of the damaged item(s) must be provided.- Within 5 days of the delivery date. This policy ensures we can initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier in a timely manner. Requests submitted after this window may not be eligible for resolution.
